Maintenance May 29 2012

Dear customer,
i3D will perform maintenance on May 29 - 2012. Our datacenter team will upgrade the aggregation switches in Suite 2 with additional 40 gigabit capacity for added redundancy and more capacity.
Date: May 29, 2012
Time start: 3 AM
Time end: 5 AM
Expected downtime: 10-15 minutes
Description:
• Dell 6248 Switches will be reloaded to latest firmware
• Aggregation switches in Suite 2 will be upgraded to 4x 10gbit per switch, for upgrade new fiber modules are to be inserted, on powered off switches
Impact:
• Dedicated servers (Dell only) will have 10 minute network interruption
• Gameservers will have a 10 minute network interruption
• Webhosting servers will have a 10 minute network interruption
During the maintenance, there will be a short service interruption. The aggregation layer is updated to support traffic growth and added redundancy.
Our helpdesk will be opened during the maintenance.
